Lantern Festival

The Lantern Festival is a 2000-year-old tradition. But in remote parts of China where electricity is limited, it’s virtually impossible for some villages to take part in the celebration.

We helped the village of Yuhu, in the shadow of the Himalayas, hold their biggest and brightest Lantern Festival ever with 7.5 miles of wiring, 252,000 watts of electricity and 8,840 lanterns—all powered by a single, CAT electric generator. the video received over 2 million views on Chinese social media in a single weekend.
